Chalea Pierce is the founder and CEO of Luxe Executive Search.
Chalea earned her finance degree at SDSU and started her career in accounting and small business consulting. She launched her career at one of the largest national finance and accounting search firms where she also led training and mentored many people over the years. She then went on to build and help lead two successful boutique recruiting firms; Luxe will be her third. Now a seasoned executive search leader in the industry, she helps both businesses and candidates find their perfect fit.
